About this file

This document is an Amendment (Number 6) to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and CDM Smith Inc., originally executed on January 4, 2016. The amendment involves various subconsultant firms including Panther International, LLC and Sightline, LLC, and is related to an Aviation Support Consultant contract.

The amendment modifies compensation terms by adding new subconsultants and establishing specific rate structures. Panther International, LLC is authorized with a 29.5% operating margin and specific contract rates for Project Manager ($54.57) and Aviation Analyst ($40.49). Sightline, LLC is approved for subconsultant services with unit rates for Senior Airfield Marking Technician ($163.62/hour) and Junior Airfield Marking Technician ($75.43/hour). The document also places a $500,000 contract fee limit on several subconsultant firms, which can be removed upon submission of an FDOT-approved overhead audit. Travel expenses and miscellaneous direct expenses are subject to specific authorization and documentation requirements.
