About this file

This document is a Task Work Order Amendment Form from the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), specifically for professional services with HDR Construction Control Corporation. The amendment is associated with Contract No. C-9J70, Task Work Order No. 22, and pertains to Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services for projects managed by the Pinellas Operations Center in District Seven.

The amendment extends inspection services for a specific construction project on SR 60 (Gulf to Bay) from Court St/S. Highland Blvd. to Park Place Blvd. in Pinellas County, originally delayed due to signalization crews being redirected to repair hurricane-damaged infrastructure. The total amount for services is increased by $17,213.28, bringing the total compensation to $49,240.41. The work order allows for additional personnel to be added if authorized by the Department's Project Manager, with all time charges not exceeding the identified upset limit fee. The services will continue until no longer required, with daily time charges commencing when consultant personnel arrive on the project and concluding when they leave, as directed by the engineer in charge.
