About this file
This document is a contract amendment for DEP Contract No. SP663, executed on March 19, 2007, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC. The amendment represents a rate re-negotiation and was authorized by the DEP Contract Manager, Phil Coram. The contract allows for annual rate adjustments effective after December 31 of each year, and this amendment incorporates revised rates effective January 1, 2007, replacing the previous rate schedule with Attachment D-1.
ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC provides professional, testing, and support services including engineering, GIS, construction monitoring, field and laboratory testing, design support, subsurface field exploration, laboratory soil testing, and laboratory chemical and geosynthetic testing services. The revised 2007 fee schedule details hourly rates for professional staff ranging from $170.00 per hour for Senior Consultants to $44.00 per hour for Engineer Interns; GIS services from $115.00 to $62.00 per hour; field and laboratory technicians from $66.50 to $36.00 per hour; and design and support services from $82.00 to $27.00 per hour. Additional pricing is provided for specialized services including subsurface drilling, field equipment rental, laboratory soil and chemical testing, geosynthetic testing, and drilling materials and supplies, with costs either fixed per unit or charged at actual cost. The contract operates as an indefinite delivery vehicle allowing the Department to issue task assignments and purchase orders as needed for engineering services.
