About this file

This document is Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. PL273, an agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and GHD Services, Inc., located in Tampa, Florida. The amendment modifies the original contract for environmental site assessments that was first established on July 4, 2013.

The amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period from July 4, 2023, to January 3, 2024, with all previous terms and conditions remaining in effect. The amendment also updates two key provisions: first, it requires the contractor to use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility for all employees and subcontractors, and second, it adds a certification that the contractor and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, with potential immediate contract termination if found to be in violation.
