The contract operates on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis with a five-year initial term, renewable for an additional three years contingent upon satisfactory performance and funding availability. Compensation is structured as a combination fee schedule, cost reimbursement, and fixed price basis, with rates specified in Attachment D on a per-acre basis. For combination Environmental Site Assessment/Baseline Documentation reports, rates range from $16.68 per acre for properties of 0-250 acres to $2.53 per acre for properties exceeding 5,000 acres. For Baseline Documentation reports alone, rates range from $15.57 to $2.26 per acre across the same acreage tiers. Travel expenses are reimbursable in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 112.061. Task assignments are issued individually with specific funding authorizations and completion dates. The contractor must maintain professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and general liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per occurrence and $300,000 annual aggregate. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed under this contract, and all renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance and funding availability.
