About this file
Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. PL267 is an amendment to an existing contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and Tetra Tech, Inc., a firm located at 1558 Village Square Boulevard, Suite 2, Tallahassee, Florida 32309. The original contract, effective June 9, 2013, was established for combination baseline documentation and reports, and environmental site assessment reports. This amendment was signed on March 24, 2023, by Mark A Peterson on behalf of Tetra Tech, Inc., and by Callie DeHaven, Secretary or Designee, on behalf of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period commencing June 9, 2023, and concluding December 8, 2023, during which both parties shall continue to perform their respective duties under the same terms and conditions as provided in the original contract. The amendment also updates employment eligibility requirements to mandate the contractor's use of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system for all employees and requires subcontractors to provide affidavits confirming they do not employ unauthorized aliens. Additionally, the amendment adds a certification requirement stating that the contractor and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, with provisions allowing the Department to immediately terminate the contract if this certification is found to be false or if the contractor becomes listed on such a list during the contract term.
