Amendment No. 8 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC859

This is Amendment No. 8 to Agency Term Contract No. GC859 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and FRS Environmental Remediation, Inc. DBA Montrose Environmental Solutions, executed on February 19, 2014. The amendment modifies rate schedules for petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's South Region. The amendment was processed and entered into the Department's system on June 4, 2021, with an effective Rate Change Date of June 4, 2021, for new work assignments only.

This rate increase amendment modifies compensation for 234 pay items across multiple service categories including field activities, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris and waste disposal, petroleum storage tank removal, resurfacing, trenching, remediation system operations, pilot testing, and professional services. Rate increases range from 0.43% to 5.00%, with most increases falling between 2.50% and 4.96%, not exceeding the maximum 5% threshold allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue to apply the contractor's prior rate schedule. The revised Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.2) comprises 27 pages detailing pay items, unit of measure, original 2014 contracted prices, previous contracted prices (V3.1), and revised contracted prices (V3.2), providing transparent pricing for environmental remediation services across all scope categories.
