About this file
This document is Amendment No. 3 to the Agency Term Contract No. GC856 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Envisors-EnSouth Joint Venture, LLC, a contractor providing petroleum contamination site response action services in the South Region of Florida. The amendment is dated May 26, 2017, and modifies the existing contract originally executed on April 2, 2014.
The amendment updates the contract's rate schedule across multiple service categories, including office activities, field activities, mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation, sample collection, laboratory analysis, remediation system construction, and professional services. Specifically, the amendment adjusts rates for most line items, with most experiencing a 5% increase, though some items see reductions or more significant changes. The rate changes apply only to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date, while existing and previously offered work assignments will continue to use the prior rate schedule. The amendment includes a comprehensive table (Attachment D, Version 2.1) detailing the updated rates across 21 major service categories and numerous subcategories, reflecting the contract's complex and detailed nature of environmental remediation services.
