This document is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC806 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and ENVIROTRAC LTD, INC. The amendment extends an existing petroleum contamination site response action services contract that was originally effective February 24, 2014.

The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and ending August 14, 2024. During this extension period, both parties continue to perform their respective duties under the original contract terms and conditions. A key modification specifies that no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after August 14, 2024; however, the Restated Contract shall remain in effect for twelve months following the extended term to allow for completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments executed during the renewal or extended term. Any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments whose completion extends beyond the extended term remain subject to change as appropriate. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in case of any inconsistency with the original contract.
