This document is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC797, a petroleum contamination site response action services contract between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection and GHD Services, Inc. The contract, originally effective February 19, 2014, is being amended by the two parties to extend the agreement and modify its terms regarding future procurement activities.

The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning February 14, 2024, and continuing through August 14, 2024, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. A key modification prohibits the issuance of new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after August 14, 2024; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term will remain in effect for up to twelve months following the extended contract period to allow for completion of work. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with amendment provisions superseding any conflicting language in the original contract.
