This is Amendment No. 1 to DEP Contract No. GC787, a state contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and GHD Services, Inc. (formerly known as Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc.). The amendment was executed on February 19, 2014, and became effective on July 23, 2015. The contract is managed by the DEP's Petroleum Restoration Program, with Charles Williams serving as the Department's contract manager located in Tallahassee, Florida. GHD Services, Inc. is based in Tampa, Florida, with Ken Caldwell designated as the contractor's contract manager.

The amendment reflects a corporate name change resulting from a merger, updating the contractor's name from Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc. to GHD Services, Inc. The amendment confirms that GHD Services, Inc. assumes all rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities previously held by Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc. under the original contract. All other terms, conditions, and attachments of the underlying contract remain in full force and effect. No changes to pricing, service scope, or contract period are addressed in this amendment.
