About this file
Document Type and Parties
This document is Amendment No. 9 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC794, a rate adjustment amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and ATC GROUP SERVICES, LLC. The contract, originally executed on February 25, 2014, establishes an indefinite delivery vehicle for petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment was processed and became effective on June 19, 2020, following approval by both parties and FDEP data processing procedures.
Services, Pricing, and Terms
Amendment No. 9 modifies the Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.2) for petroleum remediation services, implementing both rate increases and decreases across numerous pay items. Most rate increases range from +2.5% to +5.0%, with the majority at the maximum allowable 5% per contract provision 11.B.ii, while selected items experienced significant decreases ranging from -5% to -48%. The amendment applies exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 19, 2020; all pre-existing work assignments continue under the previous rate schedule. Services covered include field activities, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, remedial action construction, trenching, system integration and operation/maintenance packages, professional engineering services, and comprehensive reporting. The rate schedule encompasses over 350 line items with revised contracted item prices effective for new work assignments, with the contractor maintaining maximum rates as specified in the amended schedule.
