Amendment No. 14 to Petroleum Restoration Program Agency Term Contract No. GC792
This document is Amendment No. 14 to an agency term contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and ARCADIS U.S., INC. The contract, originally executed on February 19, 2014, is for petroleum contamination site response action services. This amendment extends the existing contract for an additional six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and ending February 14, 2025, under the same terms and conditions as the base contract.
The amendment modifies the contract's term provisions to prohibit issuance of new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after the extended term concludes. However, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term period may continue for completion up to twelve months following the contract's expiration date, with changes permitted as appropriate. The contractor attests under penalty of perjury that commodities or services provided have not been produced by forced labor, and the Department reserves the right to terminate the contract should the contractor be placed on the force labor vendor list pursuant to Florida Statute 287.1346. All other original contract terms remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in cases of inconsistency.
