About this file
This is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC792 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and ARCADIS U.S., INC. The original contract was executed on February 19, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment was executed in May 2024 by Vice President Gus Suarez of ARCADIS and Deputy Secretary Jessica Kramer of the Florida DEP.
Amendment No. 13 implements a rate increase to the contractor's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.4) effective for all new work assignments offered on or after June 10, 2024, the Rate Change Date. The requested rate increases do not exceed the maximum 5% allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii. The amendment modifies pricing for 287 pay items across multiple service categories including mobilization, drilling, boring, sampling, well installation, soil and water laboratory analysis, remedial action systems, equipment rental, and professional services. Rate increases range from approximately 3.57% to 5.00%, with the majority of items receiving a 5.00% increase. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the contractor's prior rate schedule. The amendment does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items contained in the contract, nor does it change any other terms and conditions, which remain in full effect.
