The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and continuing until February 14, 2025, with both parties maintaining their respective duties under the same terms and conditions of the original contract. The amendment specifies that no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after the contract term expires; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term may continue for up to twelve months after the extended term for completion purposes. The amendment includes attestation language regarding forced labor compliance pursuant to Florida Statute 287.1346, and confirms that all other contract terms remain in effect, with any inconsistencies between the original contract and this amendment being resolved in favor of the amendment's provisions.
