AMENDMENT NO. 13 TO DEP AGENCY TERM CONTRACT NO. GC735
This document is an amendment to an Agency Term Contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and AHS-GEAR LLC, originally executed on April 9, 2014. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. Amendment No. 13 is a rate increase amendment that modifies the pricing structure for services rendered under the contract.
The amendment implements a 5% rate increase across the majority of pay items in the contract's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.5). The rate changes apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the effective Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. All pre-existing work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue under the prior rate schedule. The contract encompasses over 200 pay items spanning multiple service categories, including mobilization and demobilization costs, boring and drilling operations, well installation and abandonment, sampling and analysis, excavation and remediation activities, remedial system operations and maintenance, and professional services such as reports and engineering oversight. Rate increases range from approximately 4.55% to 5.00%, with the Agreed New Rates representing the maximum authorized for payment. The amendment does not modify any line items, add or delete services, or alter any other contract terms and conditions, which remain fully in effect.
