DEP Contract No. GC709, Amendment No. 4 is a contract amendment executed on September 26, 2013, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Lee County Board of County Commissioners. The original contract was entered into on June 26, 2007, with previous amendments dated January 2009, September 2012, and October 2012. This amendment represents a modification to the existing indefinite delivery vehicle contract between these two parties.

Amendment No. 4 expands the geographic scope of services by extending the contract to include Level 1 Storage Tank System Compliance Verification services in DeSoto County, in addition to the previously covered Lee and Charlotte Counties. Effective upon execution of this amendment, all references to service performance in Lee and Charlotte Counties are revised to include DeSoto County. The amendment also replaces Paragraph 71 (Severability) to clarify that the contract is governed by Florida law and that any legal action shall be brought in Leon County, Florida. All other terms, conditions, and attachments of the original contract remain in full force and effect.
