This document package consists of contract amendment filings and corporate registration records related to MACTEC Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (later renamed AMEC E&I, Inc.), a Delaware-incorporated foreign profit corporation authorized to conduct business in Florida. The primary contract document is DEP Contract No. GC653, Amendment No. 6, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the contractor, with an original contract date of May 24, 2005. The amendment was executed on August 25, 2011, and includes corporate filings with the Florida Department of State documenting the name change from MACTEC Engineering & Consulting, Inc. to AMEC E&I, Inc., effective July 5, 2011. Supporting documentation includes the contractor's Florida vendor registration information, a Delaware certificate of amendment, and a separation of duties notice from the DEP Contract Manager Grant Willis.

Amendment No. 6 primarily addresses the contractor's name change while maintaining all existing rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities under the original contract. The amendment adds a new paragraph 50 requiring the contractor to enroll and participate in the federal E-Verify Program for Employment Verification within thirty days of the amendment's effective date, with compliance made an express condition of the contract and failure to comply treated as a material breach. The contractor is also required to mandate E-Verify enrollment by all subcontractors within ninety days and maintain records of participation and compliance for departmental review. No changes to pricing, contract duration, jurisdiction, or other substantive contract terms are documented in this amendment; the focus remains exclusively on the corporate name change and employment verification requirements.
