About this file
DEP Contract No. GC653 is an indefinite delivery contract amendment between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and MACTEC Engineering & Consulting, Inc. for petroleum contamination site cleanup services. The original contract was executed on May 24, 2005, with Amendment No. 1 dated March 31, 2006. The contract manager is Ferda Yilmaz, and the contractor is located at 2533 Greer Road, Suite 6, Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
Amendment No. 1 updates the rate schedules for laboratory analyses and drilling services to reflect current versions of the Petroleum Preapproval Program Standard Operating Procedures Manual. Specifically, the amendment deletes the original rate schedules for Laboratory Aqueous and Solid Matrix and Air Analytical services and the Drilling Rate Schedule, replacing them with references to the versions in effect at the time of task assignment execution. Laboratory analyses are limited to a maximum three-week turnaround time, with costs charged in accordance with the current Petroleum Preapproval Program Standard Operating Procedures Manual's Laboratory Aqueous and Solid Matrix and Air Analytical Rate Schedule. Drilling services for mud rotary and hollow stem auger drilling up to 100 feet are charged per the Petroleum Preapproval Program Standard Operating Procedures Manual's Drilling Rate Schedule. The contract utilizes cost reimbursement and cost plus payment methods with a contract period from May 24, 2005, through May 23, 2010.
