About this file
This document is a State Procurement Office (SPO) Form 101 Competition Impracticable (CI) Procurement Authorization for the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), specifically the State Procurement Office. The form involves modification of the Cloud Computing Contracts (CLOUD) for the state of Arizona, with multiple suppliers including Carahsoft Technology Corp, SHI International Corp, AT&T Corp, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Co., and Kyndryl Inc.
The procurement seeks to extend the current Cloud Computing contract through January 31, 2026, with an estimated total cost of $23,000,000. The contract modification is being pursued to negotiate and establish new Purchase Agreements (PAs) with updated Terms and Conditions, align with Arizona Information Technology Statewide Policies, and transition to new contracts that will have less risk for State agencies and Cooperative Members. The pricing was negotiated through Utah and NASPO, and is valid through September 15, 2026. The extension will allow cooperative members time to obtain approvals from their Governing Bodies for the new contracts, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted cloud computing, storage, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
