About this file
This is a Change Order Notice for the FY27 FPR IT Regulatory Licensing Solution project involving the State of Illinois. The change order modifies the CORE Augmented Field Operations (AFO) Inspections project by adding 13 net-new form and workflow configurations across multiple professions. The modification extends the original project completion timeline from 24 months to 36 months, providing an additional 12-month period for delivery and implementation of the expanded scope of work.
The change order represents a scope expansion for the existing IT regulatory licensing solution, requiring reconfiguration of inspection-related forms and workflows to accommodate additional professional licensing categories. This extension to the project term allows the contractor adequate time to design, develop, test, and deploy the new form and workflow configurations while maintaining quality standards across the multi-profession platform.
