About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Investments in Iran document related to a Maryland state and local contract opportunity for Wiz Cloud services under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) master contract 060B2490021. The document serves as a compliance certification requirement for contractors participating in this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). Eligibility is limited exclusively to Master Contractors currently awarded under the named COTS 2012 contract, with eligible contractors permitted to submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) accompanying their bid for consideration of award.
This certification document functions as a regulatory compliance instrument, requiring contractors to certify their adherence to federal investment restrictions concerning Iran. As a prerequisite for bid consideration under this Maryland procurement vehicle, the certification ensures that all participating contractors meet federal sanctions and investment compliance requirements. The document is integral to the bid submission process, and contractors must complete and submit this certification alongside their technical and pricing proposals to maintain eligibility for award under the Wiz Cloud secondary competition.
