Blocks 10-13: Submit within ten (10) working days of determining the need for an ECP. Submit proposed Specification Change Notices (SCN’s) to affected Integrated Aerial Refueling System (IARS) Modification Specification, Combat Talon II system Specification, or any other lower level Combat Talon II Specification as part of the Engineering Change Proposal.

Blocks 8, 10-13: Contractor shall submit first draft report beginning 60 calendar days after contract award and by the 15th of the following month.

If the 15th day falls on a weekend, submit report the first business day thereafter. The Government will review and provide comments 5 business days after receipt. The Contractor shall incorporate the Government comments and resubmit 5 workdays after receipt.
