About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Form DD 1423-1 for a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP) related to a Panel, Control, Electric contract (FD2020-25-00296). The CDRL requires the contractor to submit their CPP within 30 calendar days after contract award to the 416 SCMS/GUEAA at Hill Air Force Base. If remediation is needed, the government will provide comments within 14 days, and the contractor must resubmit within 7 days of receiving comments.
The document specifies Distribution Statement D restrictions, limiting distribution to DoD and DoD contractors only due to critical technology. The CPP must be submitted via email to justin.allred.2@us.af.mil with a Letter of Transmittal. This CDRL is associated with a DLA Aviation solicitation (SPRHA4-25-R-0295) for an F-16 Panel that is 100% set aside for small businesses. The form indicates no separate pricing (NSP) for this data deliverable.
