Our proposal is for COTS off the shelf services. We do not expect to receive information from OCC. It would be a burden for our 130 employees who may be in touch with OCC to sign an NDA.
The NDA requirement is removed since the OCC is not sharing any data.
Yes

How many MSAs are you expecting to receive output for? Would there be scope within the contract for us to develop additional MSA models which we don’t currently have?
Minimum MSAs required are the largest 120 MSAs by current population. A greater number of reported MSAs will benefit in the evaluation. Regarding the question about developing more MSAs during the reporting period, the Contractor will be evaluated based on the MSAs it provides at the time of proposal submission, not what could potentially be provided in the future.
Yes
Section 1.0 Background amended to require a minimum of 120 MSAs
Technical
What variable coverage are you expecting to receive at the national, state and MSA level?
There is no minimum requirement, as this is difficult to define. A greater number of reported variables will benefit in the evaluation.
No
Technical
Can you give us an indication of the length of the written reports you would like to receive on a monthly basis? As you are looking for quarterly forecasts, what do you expect the forecast reports to cover on the off-forecast months? Should they focus on recent developments/new historical data?
The vendor with more comprehensive written analysis will benefit in the evaluation while those less comprehensive will not. The requirement for forecast is now separate from the written analysis.
Yes
Section 2.0 Scope , 3. Written Analysis amended to remove forecasts
