About this file
This document is a Notice of Cancellation for Request for Proposal (RFP) #2022-25 issued by CareOregon for Prior Authorization Services. CareOregon had originally issued the RFP on December 8, 2022 to seek a Contractor to assist with Prior Authorization Services for their Medicaid and Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) plans. However, CareOregon has now cancelled the RFP indefinitely due to budgetary reassessments and a desire to continue handling the services in-house for the time being. The impacted jurisdictions included Multnomah County and the City of Portland.
The document does not provide any details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract renewal options, as the RFP has been cancelled. CareOregon appreciates the time and effort proposers put into preparing for this solicitation and looks forward to receiving other proposals or bids in the future.
