This is a consulting services proposal from Aon Risk Consultants, Inc. (AGRC), an Illinois corporation, to the University of Nebraska (UofN) dated June 26, 2017. The agreement involves actuarial and analytical services related to workers' compensation losses. The proposal is valid until July 31, 2017, and was executed by David E. Lechner, CFO of the University of Nebraska, and Joseph Kilroy, Managing Director and National Practice Leader of AGRC.
The scope of work includes providing actuarially derived estimates of UofN's prospective 7/1/17–18 policy period forecast loss and Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses (ALAE) at various retention levels, and estimating costs associated with large deductible and self-insurance programs. The services will be performed by a team including Tim Banick (Regional Director & Actuary), Andrea Bode (Director), and Alex Frister (Actuarial Analyst). AGRC's flat fee for these services is $3,000, with the contract period running from July 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt upon project completion. Material expenses are not anticipated, but any reimbursable expenses such as travel will be invoiced separately as approved and incurred. The proposal may be extended with written approval and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. The proposal is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
