The contract will have an initial term of one year with options for up to four annual renewals. The services will cover architectural and landscape architectural design for various state buildings, primarily in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. Firms will be selected based on qualifications, with evaluation criteria including experience (350 points), method of approach (250 points), capacity (250 points), and information questionnaire (150 points). Cost is not a consideration in the selection process, and the state will give prime consideration to firms with significant, current experience in development, design, renovation, and construction of similar projects.
