About this file

This is a bid document for the Town of Parker, Colorado, soliciting on-call professional construction inspection and management services for parks, trails, and open space projects. The Town seeks a qualified consultant to provide prompt and efficient service on an as-needed basis for construction-related oversight. The solicitation establishes a framework for responsive inspection and management support across multiple park and trail development or renovation initiatives, though the document does not specify individual project quantities or detailed scope breakdowns. Key procedural dates, site visit requirements, and bidders' conference information would be contained within the full solicitation materials referenced in this bid document.

The document establishes terms for consultant selection and contract performance but does not provide explicit pricing structures, contract award amounts, or renewal option details in the available content. The on-call nature of the contract indicates that compensation will likely be based on services actually rendered or hourly rates for inspection and management activities as projects arise. Additional information regarding funding sources, budget allocations, any incumbent contractor status, and specific performance requirements would be detailed in the complete solicitation package and scope of work documents associated with this bid opportunity.
