The City has estimated spending approximately $15,000,000 over a six-year period with multiple vendors, though this estimate does not obligate the City to any minimum purchases. Vendors must provide firm and fixed discounts for the duration of the initial contract period, with the opportunity to revise pricing for additional services and solutions only once every 365 days beginning in year two. Vendors must comply with prevailing wage requirements for contracts exceeding $2,000, Denver minimum wage ordinance provisions, and federal provisions including Davis-Bacon Act compliance where applicable.
