About this file
This is a Bid-Price Proposal Form for Towson University's Supplemental Event Parking Services solicitation in Maryland. The contract requires bidders to provide parking attendant and supervisor staff to support events at the university, supplementing the university's internal staffing capacity. The university typically requires two to three supplemental staff per event, with historical requests reaching as many as twelve staff per event. The base contract term is three years, running from January 6, 2026, through January 5, 2029, with two optional one-year renewal periods extending through January 5, 2031.
Bidders must submit fully completed pricing by entering hourly rates for two position types: Parking Attendant/Front Line Staff and Supervisor positions. The base term requires 2,250 hours of parking attendant coverage and 72 hours of supervisor coverage. Each optional year requires 750 hours of parking attendant coverage and 24 hours of supervisor coverage. All hourly rates must be fully loaded fixed unit prices. Bidders must also specify a cancellation fee percentage for services cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. The grand total of all pricing from the three service periods will be used to rank bids. All editable fields must be completed, and partial or incomplete bids will be rejected. The bidder's authorized representative must sign and date the submission, and any changes or corrections must be initialed and dated prior to submission.
