About this file

This document is a North Dakota (ND) State Contract Summary for IT Professional Services, specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The contract (Term Contract Number 918) is administered by the North Dakota Information Technology Department (NDIT) and involves three awarded vendors who can provide professional services. The contract is available to state agencies through a cooperative purchasing arrangement, with NDIT serving as the central point of contact and oversight.

The contract covers Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional services with a structured procurement approach based on project size. For projects under $250,000, agencies can either directly assign work to one of the three vendors or conduct a competitive selection process. For projects $250,000 or more, a mandatory competitive process requires work order proposals from all awarded vendors, with the state selecting the vendor whose proposal best meets the Statement of Work requirements. Contact for contract initiation is Brandy Bentley (blbentley@nd.gov, 701-328-1888), and all agreements require NDIT review and signature. Agencies must consult NDIT to determine if an IT review is necessary before proceeding with any project under this contract.
