Any increase proposed shall be submitted to the contracting agency thirty (30) calendar days before the proposed effective date of the price increase, and shall be limited to fully documented cost increases to the contractor which are demonstrated to be industry wide. The conditions under which price increases may be granted shall be expressed in bid/proposal documents and contracts or agreements.
