About this file
This amendment modifies a Broad Agency Announcement for the Battery Network program. The amendment revises the eligibility requirements to include consideration of contractor and subcontractor foreign affiliations. It also changes the evaluation of white papers to determine technical feasibility and interest in a potential technical proposal. The five-year BAA has a $20 million ceiling and seeks research and development projects on compatible technologies that end users would adopt, as individual contracts are awarded under the open solicitation.
