About this file
This document is a Bid Questions and Answers supplement for contract B51248. It addresses clarifications submitted by potential contractors regarding contract terms and conditions, providing official guidance from the issuing state or local procurement office on interpretation of specific contract language.
The document clarifies two key aspects of contract administration: First, invoicing frequency is limited to monthly submissions at maximum, with invoices generally due upon contract completion unless the contract specifies alternative invoicing tied to milestones, deliverables, or other agreed-upon conditions. Second, the State Supplemental Provisions section of the contract is designated for internal government use only and does not require completion by the contractor. These clarifications ensure uniform understanding of administrative requirements across all bidders responding to this procurement.
