About this file

This document provides technical specifications for a Dell server configured to support a flash flood alert system for Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Key details include:

The server is a Dell 3930 rack mount model with an Intel Xeon E-2278G 8-core processor, 64GB RAM, four 512GB SATA drives in a RAID 10 configuration, and a Nvidia Quadro P620 GPU. It runs the Debian Linux 9 operating system and uses Apache2 and Tomcat 8.5 for web services. The NovaStar5 software version is 5.2.0.1 and configured for the Debian environment. There are two static IP addresses, one for the NovaStar5 administrator web application on 172.16.93.20 and another for the flood alert system public website on 10.51.1.59. User accounts are provided for TriLynx support, LMNRA administration and operations, and a guest account. Serial ports are identified for connecting hydrological monitoring equipment. URLs are listed for accessing the administrator and public interfaces. This technical documentation supports Solicitation 140P8123Q0057 for flash flood system maintenance at Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
