Fort Laramie National Historic Site 965 Gray Rocks Road, Fort Laramie WY 82212 Lumber for Old Bedlam Deck Project
Lumber Specifications
1. Tongue and Groove Decking (Front)
a. Specifications
i. Ponderosa Pine
ii. Kiln or air Dried wood
iii. Untreated wood
iv. Free of defects like twists, splits, cups, crook, check and bows.
v. All edges will be square to allow an uninterrupted flat surface when boards are joined together.
vi. The tongue and groove decking will have a flat surface of 5 inches with a ¼ inch tongue, making the board width 5 ¼ inches total.
b. Size
i. 1 3/8 inch x 5 ¼ inch x 10 foot
c. Quantity
i. 300 boards of tongue and groove pine decking. The measurement are the actual sizes of all lumber.

a. Specifications
i. Ponderosa Pine
ii. Kiln or air Dried wood
iii. Untreated wood
iv. Free of defects like twists, splits, cups, crook, check and bows.

Packaging:
Lumber will be banded into individual groupings weighting no more than 1500 pounds for unloading.
Delivery Deadline:
This whole order must be received on or by April 1st, 2024. Partial deliveries will be accepted upon availability prior to the April 1st delivery deadline.

Product will be delivered to the following address:

Delivery:
Delivery should be made during regular operations periods and coordinated through the vendor and
Maintenance Division.
Operating Periods: Monday-Friday, 0630-1700 MST (Excluding Federal Holidays) No deliveries should be made outside of the regular operational periods.
