About this file

This file is a Price Matrix Excel spreadsheet for Solicitation W519TC25QA069 issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal. The solicitation is for Plasma Table Kits under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The pricing matrix allows contractors to submit unit prices across five ordering periods, with pricing variations based on quantity ranges from 1-30 and 31-85 units, and includes a First Article Test (FAT) component.

Key details include a contractor submission deadline of September 24, 2025, and specific requirements for accessing solicitation drawings through SAM.gov, which necessitates having an approved Joint Certification Program (JCP) account. Contractors must submit access requests with their CAGE code and ensure the original DD2345 submitter is the access requestor. The pricing evaluation will calculate total cost by multiplying unit prices by quantity ranges and applying defined weights across the five ordering periods.
