We are currently in the process of preparing our proposal for the National Park Service, Interior Region 2
South Atlantic Gulf, Solicitation Number: 140P5123R0004 for the Installation of a dry pipe sprinkler system through the building, including the attic, porch, and under exterior eaves and roof gables. Dry pipe system shall utilize a nitrogen generator system and both the N2 system and the dry pipe valve shall be installed in cabinet assembly Manufactured and supplied by the manufacturer of the dry pipe valve for
497 and 503 Auburn Avenue Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Atlanta, Georgia per the specification, drawings, and other supporting documents. As part of our proposal, we have listed you as a reference on our performance for this type of service with your agency under the previous/current contract listed below. SATISFACTORY
Performance MEETS contractual requirements. The performance of the areas being assessed contains minor issues or concerns, for which corrective actions taken by the Contractor were effective.
MARGINAL
Performance MEETS SOME contractual requirements. The performance of the areas being assessed includes significant problems, issues, or concerns for which corrective actions taken by the Contractor were only somewhat effective.
UNSATISFACTORY
Performance DOES NOT MEET contractual requirement. The performance of the areas being assessed includes serious problems, issues, or concerns for which the Contractor’s corrective actions were ineffective.
