The bid due date has been extended to Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM Agency Response to Vendor Question

Q. In Section 2, Pricing (E), page 36 of the RFP, E.6.1. specifies that the Offeror’s Price for the Initial Term should “Complete Pricing Chart (Above).”

E.6. OFFEROR’S PRICING OFFER: Attach additional pages if necessary or if the format of pricing specified above in Section E.1 requires additional pages.

E.6.1. Offeror’s Price for the Initial Term: Complete Pricing Chart (Above)

We understand that the price proposal will be submitted by line item in BidBuy according to E.1.2. However, we did not see a separate Pricing Chart provided in the RFP.

Can you confirm that there is no separate table for the pricing proposal that should appear in our submittal?

1. No. Bidders should not submit a separate pricing proposal. There is no separate table for submission of price. Bidders are to only submit on the items tabs in BidBuy B-45731. Please see the Revised Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Technical Assistance RFP Section 1 (A) page 5, paragraph 2 attached to the bid which clarifies this language.

The Revised Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Technical Assistance RFP, Section 2. E, on pages 32 and 33, which clarifies how bidders must submit pricing.

The Agency intends to respond to other existing bidder’s questions by noon on April 24, 2025.
