The Non-Discrimination/Equal Employment Practices Certification and the City of Los Angeles Affirmative Action Plan Affidavit shall be effective for a period of twelve months from the date it was approved by the Office of Contract Compliance (OCC) or when it was uploaded onto the City’s RAMP.
Note that significant changes have been made to the documentation and submittal procedures for the Non-Discrimination/Equal Employment Practices and Affirmative Action Plan. Refer to the appropriate Ordinances in the Table of Contents for the instructions and forms. For questions regarding the documents and/or submission procedures, call (213) 847-2625. For technical questions regarding RAMP, use the support link located at the bottom of the web page.
