About this file

This document is a Cost Proposal attachment for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Information Security Services, specifically Credit Monitoring Services, issued by the State of Idaho. The solicitation is associated with NASPO ValuePoint, a cooperative purchasing program, and appears to be part of a broader multi-state procurement effort for credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.

The cost proposal outlines tiered pricing structures for notification services, call center support, and credit monitoring based on the size of the breach event or number of active participants. Pricing ranges from $0.75 to $1.49 per notification for different breach sizes, with call center costs ranging from $0.39 to $1.99 per affected individual. Credit monitoring services are priced in tiers, with single-bureau monitoring ranging from $1.59 to $2.99 per individual and triple-bureau monitoring from $2.59 to $4.99 per individual. A "Codes Only" reduced scope service is also offered at $3.50 per PIN for a one-year, three-bureau service. The pricing is designed to be inclusive of all expenses, fees, and the NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee, with the costs representing not-to-exceed pricing for participating entities.
