About this file
This document is a Post-Consumer Recycled Content (PCRC) Percentages Worksheet associated with Event ID 23349, involving Pape Machinery located in Sacramento, California. The document is designed to comply with the State Agency Buy Recycled Campaign (SABRC), which requires vendors to report the minimum percentage of post-consumer recycled content in various product categories. The worksheet is specifically related to a state contract for heavy equipment, primarily focusing on graders, plows, and related attachments.
The contract involves a John Deere Model 772G grader and associated equipment, including front plows by Henke and additional attachments like a ripper/scarifier and front wheel fenders. The document details the recycled content percentages for different product categories, with specific compliance requirements: metal products must contain 10% postconsumer material, paint must contain 50% postconsumer content, and various other materials have distinct recycled content mandates. The worksheet includes a certification signed by Mike Pilat, Territory Manager for Pape Machinery, on August 11, 2022, affirming the accuracy of the recycled content information under penalty of perjury.
