About this file

This document is a technical specification for coupling capacitors and coupling capacitor voltage transformers (CCVT) to be furnished under a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Colorado River Commission of Nevada (CRCNV) for the Boulder Flats Switching Station project. The specification details the required ratings, design, and acceptable manufacturers for the CCVTs, which are to be provided in quantities as indicated on the drawings. The contract also requires the successful vendor to provide drawings, documentation, and field services necessary for the installation and operation of the equipment.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the supply of instrument transformers, and is open to vendors serving the Clark County and Las Vegas City jurisdictions in Nevada. The contract does not provide additional details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or other commercial terms.
