Attachment B - Price Sheet.xlsx

This is a price sheet attachment for an Epson BN Computer Peripherals contract opportunity in Louisiana. The document serves as the pricing submission template for vendors bidding on computer peripheral equipment from Epson. The file is structured as a spreadsheet designed to capture detailed pricing information for various peripheral products, including line-item costs, quantities, and extended pricing calculations. Bidders are required to complete this price sheet accurately and submit it as part of their proposal response to demonstrate pricing competitiveness for the requested Epson peripheral equipment.

The price sheet format establishes standardized pricing categories and calculation methodologies to ensure consistent evaluation across all vendor submissions. The spreadsheet includes columns for unit pricing, volume discounts if applicable, and total pricing for the peripheral equipment being procured. This pricing template allows the Louisiana procurement authority to conduct transparent and equitable price comparisons among bidders while establishing the financial parameters for contract award and performance.
