About this file
This document contains a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) template and Performance Requirements Summary matrix for medical and drug support services. The QASP outlines 37 performance objectives including providing qualified medical and drug program managers, biweekly reporting, appropriate staffing levels, medical examinations and screenings within required timelines and distances, drug testing adhering to specified standards, and effective phase in and out of the contract. Monitoring will be performed by the Contracting Officer's Representative through 100% inspection with incentives for meeting performance standards.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Bureau of Fiscal Service on behalf of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General. Proposals are requested for medical and drug testing services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement, with a anticipated fixed price award issued on a best value basis. Questions are due by May 20, 2021 and proposals are due June 3, 2021. The award will be subject to supplemental terms and conditions.
