About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document applies to service contracts in Ohio counties of Greene, Miami, and Montgomery (Wage Determination No. 2015-4731, Revision 31, effective 8/12/2026).
The register establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 occupation classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Rates vary by occupation level and experience, ranging from approximately $12.54 to $48.27 per hour. All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $236.80 weekly, or $1,026.13 monthly), or $5.42 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($216.80 weekly or $939.46 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years; minimum twelve paid holidays annually; and various pay differentials for hazardous work conditions and Sunday/night shifts. Occupations with footnote references include Computer Programmers, Computer Systems Analysts, Air Traffic Controllers, and Weather Observers, which have specialized wage determination requirements. The document includes conformance procedures requiring contractors to classify employees using the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations and submit proposed classifications to the Department of Labor for approval prior to contract performance.
