The failure of descriptive literature to show that the product offered meets the requirements of this solicitation will result in rejection of the proposal.

Descriptive literature furnished under this solicitation that contains statements similar to ‘specifications are subject to change without notice’, proposal is subject to the following conditions’, or ‘prices are subject to change without notice’ shall not be considered for an award. The government has no assurance the products offered will conform to the specification; therefore, the proposal is not considered a firm offer and will not be considered for an award.
