About this file
This document contains the proposal instructions and solicitation details for the "USPS EEO Investigative Services July 2024 Solicitation" contract opportunity. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is seeking individuals to conduct Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigations and management-initiated harassment investigations as independent contractors, to be paid on a per-case basis. The solicitation is open from 7/24/2024 to 7/31/2024, and proposals must be submitted by email by the solicitation close date. Proposal requirements include an Evaluation Criteria Provision, Adjectival Provision, resume, and a sample case file questionnaire. An overall evaluation rating will be determined using adjectival criteria, with technical/supplier capability weighted more heavily than past performance. Successful applicants will attend a mandatory EEO Investigator Skills Class and obtain a security clearance before being awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Ordering Agreement. New investigators must take an assigned case within 60 days and will be in a probationary status until their first 3 cases are successfully completed.
