Past Performance Information/References Attachment 4
GAOA MATOC for A&E
References Must provide 3 references.
References must have thorough knowledge of the offeror’s performance on the project for the majority of the contract performance period.
Past performance will be evaluated as a predictor of the offeror’s compliance with contract requirements and overall quality of performance.
The offeror shall be responsible for disseminating and collecting the past performance questionnaires which shall be submitted with their electronic proposal.
Attached is the document the offeror is responsible for sending out to past project POC’s. Information should be filled out by that contact and then collected by the offeror. These responses will then need to be compiled and submitted with the offeror’s GAOA A&E MATOC proposal.
